“A GOSPEL CELEBRATION”

-A Concert of Sacred Music to Benefit the Burnett-Calvert Hospice House-

The Chesapeake Community Chorus, consisting of singers from many Calvert County churches along with singing friends from the community, is performing a concert of sacred music, to benefit the Burnett-Calvert Hospice House.  Join them:

Sunday, June 14, 6:30 pm, Mt. Harmony United Methodist Church, Owings, MD

The theme of the concert “A Gospel Celebration” speaks to the meaning of the songs and joy of Christian living, and the sense of excitement that exists within the message of these Christian songs.

There will be a free-will offering at each concert.  The offering in its entirety will be donated to Calvert Hospice, to support the Burnett-Calvert Hospice House.  Calvert Hospice is a non-profit agency devoted to the care and support of terminally ill patients and their families and those grieving the loss of a loved one.  The Hospice House will be available to anyone in Calvert County living their final days with a terminal illness for whom care at home is not an option.  Access to Hospice House will be available on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
