General Debility
- Clinical signs of decline
- Decline in baseline systolic blood pressure
- Progressive postural hypotension
- Progressive Stage III/IV ulcers
- Co-morbid factors such as COPD, CHF, DM, CVA, ALS, MS, AIDS, Renal or Liver Failure, Dementia, Heart Disease, Recurrent disease after treatment
- Compromised nutrition
- Dysphasia
- Recurrent aspiration
- Decreased food intake
- Dependence in ADLs
- Increase in distressing symptoms
- Agitation/anxiety
- Change in bowel patern (constipation, diarrhea, incontinence)
- Confusion/memory loss
- Cough
- Dehydration
- Depression
- Dysphagia
- Dyspnea
- Edema
- Fear
- Hallucinations
- Pain
- Weakness/fatigue
- Unresponsive
- Weight loss
